Twice baked breakfast potato: butter insides, add cheese, bacon pieces, top with the egg, salt pepper. Pop into the oven @ 350 for about 15 - 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them, dont over cook the egg. Top with cheese, bacon, green onions and some sour cream. Yummy
