A power bar recipe you can make yourself from dried fruits, nuts, seeds, and rice (I choose the organic brown rice syrup for the sweetener)
Leek, Lemon, & Goat Cheese Tart
Crock Pot Chicken & Gravy-Combine 2 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, & 1 env chicken gravy mix in a crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Before serving break the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Serve over hot steamed rice.
